The Night Before the Exam: Stay Calm and Prepared

We know that the night before a big exam can be intense. Students often feel the pressure to cram, which can actually increase anxiety and be counterproductive. To help, we’re offering online revision seminars designed to support students the night before their English exams.

These sessions are not intense. Instead, we’ll focus on reminding students of what they already know, reviewing exam techniques, and going over key information—keeping them calm, well-prepared and ready to succeed.
